To appreciate at best the HUGO REITZEL products

• Your HUGO REITZEL products should be kept at room temperature before opening. However, we recommend that you place them in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before tasting. They will only be better!
• After opening, keep the jars refrigerated.

• Once you have consumed your mushrooms à la Pizzaïola, do not throw away the flavoured oil from the jar. It will bring a tasty and aromatic touch to your Italian dishes (pasta, pizza, …).

If your jar opens with difficulty

• Turn the jar upside down (lid down).
• Hit the lid firmly on a solid, flat surface.
• Turn over the jar, twist the lid off and taste your HUGO REITZEL product.
