ROLLS WITH GRILLED SWEET PEPPERS AND CUCUMBERS TANTE ANITA
Ingredients
• 1 jar (430g) of Cucumbers Tante Anita
• 3 bread rolls (Tortillas)
• 4 grilled sweet peppers (about 150g)
• 120g cured ham
• 3 tps horseradish cream
• 2 tps ricotta
• 2 tps finely chopped chives
• Olive oil
• Salt and freshly ground pepper
Preparation
• Mix together the horseradish cream, ricotta, chives and a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
• Put aside in refrigerator.
• Cut the cucumbers into thin slices (Julienne strips) as well as the sweet peppers.
• Spread the cream on the 3 bread rolls. Cover with ham and sweet pepper and cucumber strips. Form rolls and wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Place the rolls in the freezer for 30 minutes and cut them into 2cm slices.
