BRAISED RED CABBAGE WITH BORETTANA ONIONS WITH BLACKCURRANTS
Ingredients
• ½ jar of Borettana onions with blackcurrants
• 100g red cabbage
• 1 tbs butter
• 2 tbs blackcurrant syrup
• Salt, pepper
Preparation
• Remove the core of the cabbage and slice the cabbage thinly.
• Drain the onions and cut them into quarters.
• Melt the butter in a pan. Stir in the cabbage and onions. Add the blackcurrant syrup.
• Cover the pan and simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes.
• Season with salt and pepper.
