Distilled vinegar, water, mustard seeds, quince paste 9%, honey 6%, concentrated fruit juices (quince 2.7%, lemon), salt, sugar, tapioca starch, spices and spice extracts, thickener (guar seed flour), caramelised sugar sirop, acidulants (E330, E334), natural aromas.
